D Form is a Civil Constructions Company, currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for ongoing works in various locations around Melbourne 

About the role

This position will include and not be limited to:
 

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of the project
• On site management and direction of direct labour and sub-contractors
• Accountability for schedule, profitability and OH&S
• Manage onsite documentation efficiently;
• Have an excellent attention to detail
• Deliver high quality work, while adhering to timelines
• Assess Variations, Requests for Information (RFIs) and payment claims
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure civil issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Escalates any issues to the construction's manager

Skills and experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in this role with significant previous civil construction experience
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• The ability to drive direct labour and sub-contractors' productivity while maintaining good rapport
• Excellent client relationship management
• Excellent communication skills
