Internal Business Development Manager

Global fintech business gone through huge growth over last 5 years, Ability to progress to Mid-Market and Enterprise BDM, $70K base + super + $40K comms.

The Company:

Our client is a leading innovator within the accounting and financial software space. They have a presence across Australia, Europe and North America and are looking to increase their growth internationally following significant investment in the company. They are currently looking to bring on an Internal Business Development Manager for their Sydney team. 

The Role:

  • Take SMB clients through the full sales cycle over the phone and through web demos
  • Convert qualified leads and find new prospects 
  • Build relationships and rapport with key contacts within prospective clients while uncovering business needs and potential issues.
  • Maintain high activity to attain set sales quotas.


The candidate:

  • Proven track record of being a consistent overachiever
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role - could be a BDR looking to take the next step up into a full closing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional business acumen
  • Self-motivated, high energy individual with a desire to make an impact and achieve career progression
