HSEQ Manager | Growing Company | Team Mentality

A Growing Tier 3 Construction Company require the Diverse Skill-set of a Seasoned HSEQ Manager to join their Close-Knit Team

• Tier 3 Builder within the Commercial and Residential sectors
• Projects ranging up to $15m
• Team-orientated and collaborative, with an All Hands On Deck mentality

This exciting and challenging opportunity encompasses:

• Within the first 30 days, create a Plan of Action for implementing procedures and policies around the Health and Safety on residential and commercial sites
• Within the first 60 days, be preparedimplement a new system that allows for the continued improvement and monitoring of health, safety, environmental and quality measures on project sites.
• Implement regular strategic meetings with ProjectMangersand Site Managers to continue to add value anddisucssways to ensure optimal safety at all times on site.
• Within the first 90 days, establish a professional development structure foran OH&S Coordinator that is informative, shows potential growth, and includes mentoring.

Other duties will include:

• Visiting project sites across Melbourne and Geelong to ensure all standards and compliances are being met
• Writing up reports
• Fire warden and other environmental concerns
• Training of staff in areas relating to OH&S
