Contract Administrator | Tier 2 Contractor | New Build Projects

The Company

My client is a Commercial Builder who is positioned extremely well going into 2020. They have been awarded a number of new projects and need additional support within their team.
The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Preparing scopes of work for sub-contractors.
  • Awarding sub-contractor packages
  • Administrating the head and sub-contract
  • Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
  • Submit variations and EOT's
  • Provide support to the project management team

You will have

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

  • 3+ year's experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Qualifications in Construction Management or similar
  • Experience in the commercial building sector
  • Capable of using Project Management software
  • Excellent writing, verbal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
