The Role:

The role will involve working in a call centre environment, fielding incoming queries from customers of our client.  Candidates will need to have strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills that have been developed in previous customer service or call centre roles within the banking industry.  

The Opportunity:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Rate: $350pd  + super 
  • Location:  North Sydney
  • Length: End of February 2020
  • Interviewing: ASAP

Responsibilities: 

  • Field incoming queries from customers of our client in a call-centre environment
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve a desirable outcome
  • Process both inbound and outbound mail
  • Identify and escalate possible complaints in a timely and confidential manner

Skills & Experience required:

  • Minimum of 6 months remediation banking experience
  • 1-2 years previous experience within a customer service based role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work as a team player
  • Experience in a rapidly moving team environment.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite at an intermediate level or higher
  • Quality focus with the ability to reach individual and team KPIs.
  • The team works in a target-oriented, time conscious environment candidates will therefore need to demonstrate a patient and professional attitude with commitment to quality customer service.
