idearchitecture is an architectural practice based in East Brisbane and we are currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator in a permanent role.
You will have had at least 3 years experience in a similar role covering a variety of tasks. You will need to be highly proficient with MYOB and MS Office, highly motivated with excellent communication skills. The role requires the highest attention to detail and excellent management skills as you will be working on multiple companies accounts.
The Key Tasks Include:
o Accounts Receivable
o Payroll Processing (STP)
o Superannuation processing
o Bank Reconciliation
o Time Billing and invoicing
o Financial Reporting
o BAS Preparation and Lodgement through the ATO portal
o Liaison with companys external accountants
o Clerical Duties
o File and records management
o General reception duties
o Stationery and supplies management
o Phone management
o Mail and courier management
o Social Media: Website Maintenance, Facebook, Mail-outs, etc
o Admin assistance to Directors
o General Office Support to all Staff

In essence, you will be required to provide ALL administration support to the office, be front of house to meet and greet clients, and work autonomously on many varied job tasks.
You must be an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident, and available for immediate start.
