Our client is a rapidly expanding mid stream and downstream oil company operating over 50 countries across 5 continents. Currently this client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support and assist in the management of the bitumen portfolio for commercial business regions - QLD & NSW.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
To provide quotations to new and existing customer as required plus manage and negotiate new and existing contracts to ensure contractual compliance
Work closely with the Territory sales manager and national, Bitmen Manager to prospects customers in QLD/NSW regions and support the lead generation process through a pipeline management approach - (sales pipeline, Contracts, Orders) and CRM .
Ensure that process required for quality management systems are established, implemented and maintained, including reporting on performance and improvements
Ensure delivery of agreed customer performance targets and commitments are delivered in a timely cost efficient manner.
To comply with HSE procedures and all relevant legal and statutory requirements
Applicants must have:
Commercial / Sales experience - preferably bitumen/ Oil & Energy
4+ years proven sales experience
Road construction or supply of construction materials - advantageous
Ability to work autonomously with a high level if organisational and time management skills
Well developed desktop skills in Microsoft Office Suits applications
Strong written and oral negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Current Drivers licence
