We work from our retail showroom on Albany Hwy in Cannington, where clients are welcome to make selections for their pending renovations with our sales & design team.
The company is moving forward from a small enterprise to one where management accounts/cash flow models/business KPI's are required and therefore the person must be comfortable in generating these. Also in order to move to the next level, some understanding of systems and how they connect in a business would be useful.
Duties will include:
Liaising with suppliers
Development of weekly KPIs
Development and calculating marketing data
Asset Register Maintenance
BAS, Super, Payroll, Monthly P&L
Banking & Reconciliation
Raising of Invoices
monthly reporting required for performance indicators and forecasting
The company recently moved from MYOB to XERO and now both enterprises are accounted for using this system.
The position requires between 20 - 30 hours per week, permanent part time.
