Sourcing and Development Specialist - Associate

About the role

Due to a restructure of the HR function, this exciting opportunity has been created - a diverse role supporting the two streams of HR. Reporting into the Capability Lead, and working closely with the Senior HRBPs, your role will have two focuses that interrelate; Sourcing and Development.

Sourcing:

You will take the lead in monitoring tactical recruitment as well as strategic sourcing requirements against the workforce plan, you will develop the sourcing and go to market strategy for all roles, in collaboration with HR Business Partners including the graduate recruitment program. You will optimise the use of systems and processes related to recruitment to ensure it is efficient and effective and a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Development:

On the development, you may assist in designing programmes and workshops and deliver or co-deliver to small groups or one-on-one.  You will manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to deliver training courses in accord with the learning & development strategy, and also be responsible for sourcing new providers for specific programs when needed.

The best person to compliment the team and support the HR function and ensure stakeholders continue to receive the exemplary service that are used to, is someone with personal drive and integrity, an intelligent professional, dynamic and proactive, who can self-manage.

Skills:

  • Degree qualified, HR, Business, Organisational psychology or related
  • Experienced working with talent acquisition and sourcing, end to end.
  • Strong preference for previous experience working within a Consulting firm
  • Excellent presentation and communications skill and ability to facilitate to small groups
  • Innovation and improvement – an eye for detail and systems improvement
  • Analysis of data & insights - Can source, gather, and interpret data
