Due to continued strong business growth, IDEXX has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our expanding Corporate & Key Accounts team. This is a newly created senior role that will be charged with leading and coaching the team, managing & growing a portfolio of major corporate and key accounts, and developing strong business relationships and strategic partnerships. The role will also need to build close working relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with our global team.
The new position will become a key member of the Sales management team and will contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the business and deliver results that meet our company objectives.
The Successful candidate will be a passionate, motivated and driven commercial leader with the following:
Tertiary qualifications relating to business such as Commerce, Marketing, or MBA are essential
Tertiary qualifications relating to science or veterinary medicine are highly regarded
5+ years experience in a corporate & group accounts management role
5+ years experience in a management role, with direct reports both locally & remotely
A demonstrated track record of success in building customer relationship and achieving sales success
Knowledge of veterinary diagnostics or the animal health sector is preferred
