The Executive Assistant (EA) provides a high level of professional administrative support to the CEO, Board and Executive team,  to ensure achievement of Tweddles strategic objectives.

The EA ensures the CEO is prepared and informed on relevant matters in a timely manner and liaises with internal and external stakeholders.

Your background would include:

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and set up systems and procedures to manage the office of the CEO, the secretariat of the Board and the Executive team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of governance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in secretariat services to a Board including preparation of Agenda papers, Minutes and follow-up
  • Demonstrated excellent time management skills including ability to effectively manage competing workload priorities within tight time frames and a changing environment
  • Well developed computer skills across a range of applications including Microsoft Office 365
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
