Sales Area Manager

Polite Enterprises Corporation manufactures and installs our own designed products for car parks, urban spaces, streetscapes, and public spaces. This exciting sales  role would suit a person who is looking for a long term role career advancement prospects. The successful applicant will be expected to manage their own territory, develop existing and new clients, negotiate orders and coordinate the installation of their sales. Full support and product training is provided. To be successful for this position you will already possess a hunter's attitude towards sales, a consultative approach towards new customers, and a relationship-building quality towards existing clients. Shopping centres,builders, councils, developers, entertainment complexes, hospitals, private schools, sporting grounds & universities,car parks.

 

To be considered for this role you will have/ must be:

  • Min 3 years sales experience
  • Technically minded
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office Suite, MYOB)
  • Self-motivated
  • Well organised
  • Able to maintain relationships
  • Able to source new business
  • A great negotiator

You will be expected to achieve monthly revenue targets and manage your portfolio through to completion.
