This company, based in the Sydney CBD, one of our favourite brands to work with, is looking for a superstar Program Manager to join their team. You will be part of an extremely busy team, so the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines will be paramount, as is remaining cool and calm under pressure. In addition, you will be confident working within different time zones and traveling both domestically and internationally. As the events are based out of Melbourne, you will be happy to be away from home up to 30% of the year and sometimes up to 6 weeks at a time. After each event there is a large amount of management reporting, therefore you will be proficient in dealing with figures, data and spreadsheets. You will also be the driving force behind the sales team, ensuring that all deals are closed off. This role will see you heavily relied upon, so attention to detail is critical to make sure that everything runs perfectly!

- International and domestic travel
- Organising and following up with mailouts and EDMs

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience within media and advertising industry highly regarded
