A world-class agribusiness, Hancock Agriculture, incorporating S. Kidman & Co Pty Ltd and Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd Services, seeks to appoint a Diesel Mechanic to join the dynamic team at Inverway Station.

About the Property
Inverway Station is located in the picturesque and historic Victoria River District of the Northern Territory. The landscape is typified by Mitchell grass downs country breaking into the tributaries of the Victoria River.
Established in 1864, and managed in aggregation with neighbouring Riveren, the stations run a combined herd of approximately 40,000 head of cattle. Mustering is carried out using horses, motorbikes and helicopters.
About the Role
Reporting to the Station Manager, your key duties and responsibilities include:
Establishing & maintaining the maintenance program for all station vehicles, plant & machinery
Managing the spare parts inventory, including ordering of parts & equipment as required
Maintaining an efficient & safe workshop
Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:
Fully qualified and experienced Diesel Mechanic
Hold a current drivers licence
Have a high level of organisational skills to co-ordinate a daily and weekly work schedule
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be self-motivated and confident in your ability
