Office Assistant.

A full time position has become available within our Service Support Team

Position Summary:     

  • To be part of a team that provides first line response for daily service requests from MPS and MIS clients throughout Australia.

Main Duties include:

  • Assisting management with data entry, correspondence and document creation.
  • Updating various ERP database information to ensure the internal monitoring of resources.
  • Managing customer enquiries and providing telephone & email follow up.
  • Being responsible for maintaining fleet productivity & efficiency.
  • Customer focus approach.
  • Triage of minor Level 1 support issues, resolve or escalate as required whether it is MPS or MIS related. (Training Given)
  • Some service call allocation may be required.

Skills, knowledge and experience required

  • Geographical knowledge of the Brisbane/Gold Coast area would be good but not essential.
  • Professional, clear and courteous phone manner combined with exceptional organisational & time management skills.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office packages
  • Reliable & motivated self-starter with initiative.
  • Able to work in a fast paced work environment, both part of a team and independently.
  • High level of data entry skill with attention to detail.
  • Customer relationship skills/people skills.
  • Experience within experience within the MPS/MIS industry will benefit the successful applicant.
  • All applicants must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • An interest in learning is essential.
