Senior Administrator - Accounting Firm - 2020 Start!

Due to the departure of a long term staff member, a new opportunity has become available for a Senior Administrator / Client Services Coordinator to join the team in mid-January 2020.

Duties:
 

  • ASIC and ATO lodgements
  • Management of work-flow
  • Invoicing  
  • Attend client meetings with the Partner and ensure that you have recorded a list of action plans
  • Software maintenance
  • Onboarding of new clients and updating client information in ASIC, Xero and Now infinity
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and travel arrangements for Directors
  • Personal Assistant to Director
  • Organise internal functions, events and meetings
  • Assisting to draft templates

 
Skills and personal attributes
 

  • You must have experience in an administration role for an Accounting firm – performing similar duties to the above mentioned
  • Have 4 + years in a similar role
  • Self-driven and motivated 
  • Understand Accounting processes
  • Great attention to detail and organised
  • Must have a good attitude and be able to work across different personality styles

 
This firm is a 10-minute walk from the station, however, there is on-street unlimited parking, a 5-minute walk away.
