Greyhound Resources - Operations Administrator - Mackay

About the role:

Based in the Mackay office, primary responsibilities are supporting the operations team in relation to administration, compliance, reporting and being a positive influence regarding safety, team culture and commercial performance.

Primary Purpose and Scope:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Mackay & Bowen Basin Operations
  • Be the first point of contact representing Greyhound Australia. ensuring safety culture is implemented
  • Manage the distribution, processing, printing and filing of documentation and archiving requirements 
  • Written tasks, including the preparation of written reports, producing meeting minutes and the preparation, collation and formatting of a bi-monthly team newsletter
  • Financial processing in Pronto and related purchasing activities
  • Provide support to the Compliance Administrator 
  • Manage the Mackay office operating equipment & supplies, including asset registers, office / crib room supplies, equipment maintenance
  • General administrative tasks
  • Positive and effective communication between all business units

Desirable Experience:

  • Knowledge of the coach transport or logistics industries
  • Certificate III in Business Administration
  • Knowledge of BHP systems, LMS, CMS, FLEX
  • Experience using Corporate Traveller or similar booking system
  • Minimum 5 years' administration experience
