We are looking for an enthusiastic Events & Marketing Coordinator with a 'can-do' attitude and excellent organisational skills to join our team early in the New Year.
What will you be doing
In this fast-paced and varied role you will be:
Managing the successful delivery of SCA WAs education workshops, Outlook Breakfast, Principal Retreat (oversea's), annual State Convention and Awards Night, along with managing all marketing and media promotion for the Association
Working in collaboration with our Education Office and drawing on your event management expertise to plan, administer and coordinate events from start to finish, adhering to scope and budget
Multitasking and juggling multiple events, with varying timeframes, engaging and working with sponsors, the SCA WA Board and committees, while maintaining digital media platforms and website
Using your excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, such as staff, members, sponsors, suppliers and venues

Exceptional attention to detail
A collaborative and positive approach, with a passion for results
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work in a small team and independently
Excellent influencing and problem solving skills
Who are we
SCA WA is the peak advocacy body for the strata industry in WA. We are a proud, member-funded, not-for-profit organisation that represents the views and the needs of our members and provides an avenue for members and stakeholders to collaborate. SCA WA is the primary industry educator, leads policy development and advocates on the issues impacting the sector.
