Wagners quarry business has been providing the supply and production of aggregates sands, stone, and gravel for a range of civil construction applications for over 25 years.
Wagners are currently experiencing a continuous and strong growth within this area and as a result are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team based on the Carmichael Project in a Full Time Fixed Task capacity. This project will see Wagners build and operate the quarry to deliver materials for supporting infrastructure.
Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this position will be responsible for providing administration support to the site leadership team as well as:
Coordination of site mobilisations
Accurately maintaining rosters, site records, documents and new starter inductions/paperwork
Creation and management of purchasing requirements for sites
Managing and maintaining rosters and time sheets
Completing weekly and monthly reporting
Coordination and organisation of all travel/accommodation requirements for employees
Data entry and minute taking
Working with other departments HR, Payroll, Training & Recruitment to ensure the seamless on-boarding and mobilization of all new starters
Overseeing and managing office supply requirements
General administration duties as required
Skills & Experience:
Previous administration experience
Professional presentation and a positive, 'can do' attitude
The ability to balance multiple tasks within agreed time frames and priorities
Ability to work independently as part of a high performing team
High level of attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with Pronto (advantage)
