One of Sydney Harbours leading cruise and attractions business with over 30 years cruising and visitor experience is looking for a proactive individual to administer the sales, marketing and reservations activities. Duties include the promotion of cruising, event & hospitality packages for both the domestic and international markets; target social, leisure and group bookings; partnering with wholesalers, travel & online agent; B2B and B2C sales, inventory management and day to day office administration.
You would be actively involved in many aspects of the business including;
- New & existing business development
- Reservations and customer service
- Measurable marketing plans including social & digital media and print advertising
Responsibilities also include reservations, event & yield management for scheduled, themed, show and lunch & dinner cruises as well as private & corporate charters including weddings, birthdays, hens/bucks nights, school formals, harbour transfers, etc.
Previous experience in a middle management sales/marketing position either in the cruising, attractions, tourism and hospitality industry is essential.

Remuneration includes a base salary, an achievable incentive target and free off-street parking.
