As a Talent Assessor, you will speak with high volumes of candidates on a daily basis. No sales, just great conversations with a wide range of people.
Your KPI's will be focused on your ability to process high volumes of applications whilst ensuring we place the most suitable candidates with our clients.

You consider yourself as technology savvy
You are comfortable to follow call scripts, but can deviate the conversation when needed to achieve the required outcomes
You are comfortable and enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment
You enjoy talking to people!

Supporting Talent Advisors, Sourcing Specialists, and a wide variety of key stakeholders
Phone interviewing and screening candidates in line with position requirements
Developing meaningful relationships with your stakeholders
