Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an administration assistant/ Personal Assistant to the directors of two business in a modern new office. The role will be varied and you will be interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis.

Your duties will include 

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Acting as first point of contact for all incoming calls, greeting clientele, assisting with enquiries
  • Keeping the office neat and tidy
  • Basic PA duties to the Directors, managing diary appointments, workflow, emails etc
  • Filing, Mail, Banking
  • General administrative support and proactive management of the office environment and presentation
  • Knowledge of databases preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Providing support to other members of staff

You must be well presented and have an interest and willingness to assist in all areas. Previous experience in administration/secretarial environment is essential.
