Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an administration assistant/ Personal Assistant to the directors of two business in a modern new office. The role will be varied and you will be interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis.
Your duties will include
Answering and directing calls
Meeting and greeting visitors
Acting as first point of contact for all incoming calls, greeting clientele, assisting with enquiries
Keeping the office neat and tidy
Basic PA duties to the Directors, managing diary appointments, workflow, emails etc
Filing, Mail, Banking
General administrative support and proactive management of the office environment and presentation
Knowledge of databases preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Providing support to other members of staff
The successful candidate will:

Be competent in all areas of communication
Be willing to learn or seek assistance when needed
Have excellent Microsoft Office skills
You must be well presented and have an interest and willingness to assist in all areas. Previous experience in administration/secretarial environment is essential.
