We are growing and are looking for full time customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Care Centre based in East Melbourne. Centrally located near the CBD, join a friendly and sociable team that are passionate about what they do.

You will play an important role within our business, delighting our clients with positive, helpful experiences around their hearing care appointments. 

If you enjoy interacting with people, hitting targets and providing great customer service, this could be the role for you. The work is phone-based, making contact with clients through both inbound and outbound channels. However, no cold calling is required.

There is great opportunity to achieve bonuses and incentive payments in addition to base salary too.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be customer focused with previous experience in a similar role, however  candidates with all levels of experience will be considered
  • Have a clear, articulate speaking voice
  • Be Empathic, and genuinely care about making a difference
  • Have intermediate PC skills, experience with CRM and call centre software, Outlook, Word and Excel preferable
  • Have the ability to work as part of a close-knit team, combined with the motivation to reach individual goals
