We have an exciting opportunity available for an Online Customer Service Representative to join the team in our Head Office in Cremorne!
Do you have experience with
Providing positive and solutions focused outcomes to customer enquiries, ensuring that you deliver AMAZING to every customer.
Daily use of the online CMS & ERP systems to check online orders & customer accounts as required.
Liaising with external warehouse and order shipment providers as required.
DECJUBA is experiencing unprecedented success and sales growth through its online store and digital strategy. This role is key in continuing to drive that growth and to continually ensure an amazing customer experience on line.
