About the role

This role is a sales consultant role with Stockdale & Leggo Gladstone Park. 

Duties / responsibilities

  • Database management: building and managing a client database, building a pipeline
  • Prospecting
  • Marketing appointments and auctions
  • Sales negotiations
  • Conduct open homes and appointments, including Saturdays
  • Achieve monthly targets

Skills / Experience:        

  •  Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Career minded, Driven, Strive to Succeed 
  • A "Can Do" Attitude and Willingness to Learn
  • Excellent personal presentation 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer service focused
  • Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
  • Discipline to follow procedures and process
  • Experience negotiating skills and proven ability to build rapport
  • Experience working with a range of IT & software platforms
  • Current driver's licence and own car
