Business Analyst

Job Description

My client is looking for a mid level or Senior Business Analyst who will be the vital link between the client and the technical team of the organisation. The Technical team will be based in India, hence the candidate needs to be able to communicate in Hindi.

The Role

The Business Analyst should have good knowledge of process transformation, be able to work with the full range of business stakeholders and in general have good business operating model and process change work experience.

My Client is building a custom application from scratch and will be following Agile development methodology.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Experience within fund management projects and superannuation is a must
  • Requirements gathering
  • Process mapping and re-engineering
  • Workshops - up to executive level

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Agile development expereience
  • Bachelor's Degree
