The Clubs & Societies (C&S) Support Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the C&S Manager to provide high-level administration support to the management and development of UQU affiliate Clubs & Societies. We are seeking a customer-oriented individual as the position will also act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders requiring assistance in relation to Clubs & Societies. This is a great opportunity for an administrative professional that is passionate about student engagement and enhancing student life at UQ.

You have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and are approachable and friendly coupled with your advice and referral skills to ensure efficient management of all C&S enquiries. You have demonstrated high level attention to detail and great organisational skills that will see you thrive in supporting the management of C&S procedures & policies, database, compliance, training and financial records. You possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict timelines. You will have the initiative and drive to proactively support C&S activities to ensure the best outcomes for students experience and growth.
In additional you will possess the following:
Minimum 12 months administration experience complemented by your demonstrated customer service skills;
Sound computer literacy in MS Office Suite, with prior experience using bookings and memberships systems being desirable;
Demonstrated understanding of marketing and events, including social media platforms;
Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills including the ability to liaise with a range of youth and cultural diversity; and
The ability to successfully obtain a Valid Working with Children Qld Blue Card.
