Commercial Analyst - Property

ASX listed property company is after a qualified Commercial Analyst. The company is known for its wide range of projects across Australia. They are market leaders in culture, diversity, and reputation. 

Due to increased demand across the commercial team an exciting opportunity exists for a talented analyst to join the business.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the main focus of role will be:

• Analysis of business and market trends and opportunities;
• Prepare business cases for new business initiatives;
• Develop and produce monthly financial and KPI reports that give meaningful insight into the business;
• Provide variance analysis and trends across major categories, that supports the business;
• Provide analysis on new investment decisions or advice on new investment opportunities;

In addition to ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

About You

• 3 - 5 years experience in the property industry;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• CPA/CA qualified.
