The Marketing Retention Lead role is instrumental in the development, execution and optimisation of driving membership growth. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative team lead by a motivational General Manager of Marketing Communications who embraces challenging old ideas and stimulating innovation.

Lead the development and end-to-end management of integrated retention lead campaigns.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data and undertake customer data analytics to develop customer engagement campaigns.
Leverage the consumer insights and data analysis to better engage members and employers through specific targeting.
Partner with and effectively manage creative, direct marketing platform supporting agents, advertising and media specialists, print production and mail houses.
Work closely with the Marketing Communications team and Contact Centre to ensure the back-end campaign requirements are qualified and briefed.
Optimise usability, design and content of Member and Employer secure websites.
Develop, manage and evaluate digital tools (mobile app, calculators etc).
Develop and manage customer lifecycle.
You Will Bring:
Solid experience of developing, implementing and optimising integrated retention lead marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, competitive environments and to interpret market research, translating into viable campaign plans.
Experience of creating briefs and campaign schedule to ensure all marketing activity is developed in line with the overarching brand guidelines and extensive experience in developing integrated advertising and email marketing campaigns.
Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
Demonstrable experience with email marketing, building an engaged community and SEO.
Experience in customer journey mapping and customer lifecycle management.
