Brewers are a world renowned manufacturer and distributor of Tapware and Bathroom fittings, with activities across mainland China, SE Asia, North America and Europe.
The Brewers brand is an icon of the Australian tapware industry having started distribution in Australia in 1962, but an exciting new era for the Company lies ahead with the introduction of Manufacturing and Sourcing partners to the business.
This change in Management and a revamped product offer is awaiting the new sales team.
We seeking a Brisbane-based Business Development Manager to join the Company to develop its account base and to drive sales revenue. The role may suit a Senior Account Executive or Senior Sales Representative looking for the next step with their career.
Your primary task is to drive sales and to build business relationships across a number of stockist/reseller channels including; plumbing, hardware, bathroom and kitchen.
You will be familiar with representing a brand with Architects and Builders to gain specification for the Brewers range, and you will be the driving force in the development and implementation of take-to-market sales strategies.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales revenues via various sales channels
- Gaining specification for the range with decision makers
- Develop sales strategy
- Develop the account base
- Create and develop a harmonious work environment
You will be an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5 years experience within the Plumbing Products, B2B environment. You will be able to demonstrate your considerable success in growing businesses, be a strong communicator and have a significant network of customers you can target from the outset of your employment with Brewers Holdings Pty Ltd, and any direct experience with tapware and shower products will be highly regarded.
Any formal qualification you may hold is most valuable, but of more importance to success here will be your experience-set and your ability to develop and influence outcomes favourable for the business.
