This exciting Team Leader role is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives for Field Operations and the broader business to achieve TasNetworks objectives. The role will manage the performance of team members to ensure a strong customer service delivery ethic and foster a "Zero Harm" safety culture through providing safety leadership to the team. The Leader will be responsible for ensuring team members comply with relevant legislation, laws, regulations, standards, codes and TasNetworks policies & procedures on an ongoing basis, fostering a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
