Business Development Manager HVAC Equipment $100K + Super + 50K Bonus + FMCV
Our client is a market leading Global power, heating and cooling towers and generator company who supplies into the construction, industrial, resources and oil & gas sectors across Australia. Due to steady growth in the region and an internal promotion, they are now looking to appoint a Business Development Sales Executive to service the Perth Metro and Regional WA territory.
Although this is an on the road hunting role your office and support team is based in South Perth and you will report directly to the Eastern Regional Manager in Melbourne. You will be accountable for developing new business in the hire of this product into various industry sectors requiring cooling and heating equipment some of which are in the Construction Top and Mid Tier, Resources & Oil & Gas sectors. Hire of these products will see you reach a yearly 3 million dollar budget.
You must have current high level business development sales experience in HVAC or the equipment hire industry or a technical electrical background (this is not an account management position). You will be a long term solution focused sales hunter and have proven experience in acquiring new business as well as maintaining relationships both internally and externally. This is a 70/30 BDM/AM role. You will be given a small client base from the CRM system salesforce which you will have to grow and develop to reach your annual budget and some. Preference will be given to candidates who have current generation equipment experience and or mechanical or electrical equipment sales experience with current contacts in the resources and construction sector.

Salary package on offer to attract the best possible candidates and is made up of a base salary of $100,000 plus superannuation and a fully maintained company vehicle with the ability to earn a bonus on KPIs which is very achievable and average equates to 50K per annum.
