Customer Service Officer
We are a friendly, mid-sized office located a short walk from St Leonards train station.
This role is ideal for computer-literate person with operational, database or CRM experience
Helping to answering incoming calls to the business
Customer liaison through direct phone and email contact
Issuing quotes for large product range using online quote system / web store
Problem solving to investigate and resolve customer inquiries
Checking and processing customer purchase orders
Maintaining a customer-centric database
Administrative / Sales support to part of our Sales team based interstate
General sales-related administration duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
An unrestricted right to live and work long term in Australia (no temporary work visas)
Fluency in spoken and written English
Professional telephone manner with exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proven experience in MS Office; intuitive computer skills
Strong organisational skills, be detail-oriented and have a natural ability to multi-task
ERP (SAP Business One) experience would be highly desirable.
