Turosi Pty Ltd is a privately owned Company with facilities in Victoria, QLD and NSW, providing a full range of raw and cooked food solutions across a range of proteins to the retail and food service sectors. Turosi has over 1400 passionate employees in a business that is going through a significant growth phase.
Based at our Broadmeadows site in Melbourne, we are looking for a National Account Manager to join our sales team. This role will be responsible for managing some of our key retail accounts and sourcing new retail business in order to achieve targets for profitable growth and equity for Turosi Pty Ltd. The role will require travel across Melbourne and interstate.
Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
Account Management focusing on expanding/maintaining current customer relations & growing new business with high end retail customers.
Regular customer visits with product evaluation and reporting on quality.
Sales analysis weekly/quarterly sales reports.
Team input to QBR on key customer accounts and presenting.
Daily/Weekly reports communicated to National Retail Manager on all account KPIs.
Point of contact, regular calls and monitoring of all accounts in their portfolio.
Cultivate new business by realising opportunities outside of the regular call base.
To deliver the sales plans and target results agreed for all products whilst managing the customer expectations on service and to deliver ongoing support.
Monitor and manage sales within your allocated customer base ensuring that range is maximised and volumes and margins are within guidelines.
Advanced computer literacy skills are essential in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with focus on sales analysis and presentations.
The successful candidate will be a true communicator and people person with relevant sales experience and will be required to meet budget. You will be a self-driven team player who sets clear goals and achieves a high standard of excellence in work ethic, performance, presentation and commitment, whilst striving for continuous improvement. Experience in managing key account customers with a national footprint would be an advantage.
