We are currently searching for a casual showroom consultant to work 3/4 days over a 7 day roster. This role would include the following duties:
Opening and closing Showroom.
Front of house reception
Greeting customers and Introducing our company and what services we provide.
Must be willing to learn or have a sufficient knowledge of kitchen products i.e hardware, materials used, benchtops. Basic training will be provided but prior knowledge is preferred.
Making appointments for designers
Greeting clients and organising tea and coffee
Basic Cleaning of the showroom and maintenance
Ensure sample boxes and brochures from suppliers are stocked up
Be updated on the latest materials and internals of kitchens
Filter maintenance inquiries to pass onto the maintenance team
We are looking for someone with:
Great Customer Service-skills
Excellent communication skills
Tidy and presentable
Prefer someone with knowledge about products and basic design knowledge but not essential
Customer service experience
Sufficient computer skills ex. Word, Excel
