As a Membership Consultant, your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Franchisee and Sales Manager. You will be required to meet daily appointment setting targets and daily sales.
The role involves booking prospect members to visit the club, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new business for the club through external promotion, call lists and referral campaigns.
You must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and Saturday mornings.

Seek out and generate new sales leads
Handling membership enquires with strong follow up
Conducting tours of gym facility; converting tours to membership sales
Meeting sales daily sales targets
Ideally a minimum of 12 months proven experience with face-to-face sales (preferably within the health and fitness industry)
Experience in promoting business and generating leads from outreach events/activities and social media.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to the varying need of current and prospective members
Experience in telecommunication sales
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A proven ability to multi-task in a busy fast paced environment
Exceptional computer literacy Including word, Excel and Outlook
Must be available for evenings as well as alternate weekends.
