Our Queanbeyan office is looking for an experienced receptionist who loves assisting others and has a rapport with people. 

In this position you will be our face to the public.  Therefore you will need to represent the firms values in every phone call and every face to face contact both with our clients and the general public.

You will be a naturally effective communicator and be able to deal with a range of situations, remaining calm, composed and capable at all times.  Maturity and experience in a busy office environment is required.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing highly professional and efficient assistance to all callers and visitors as well as our staff
  • Responsibility for all inbound calls and managing competing priorities
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining the reception area, simple correspondence and other duties as required

This is a full-time position.  It is critical that you are able to work between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.

Employment will commence on 6 January 2020.
