Our global IT client is urgently looking to onboard a Customer Support Specialist for their team based in Rhodes office.

Skills required for the role -

  • Comprehensive knowledge on PC & Print Hardware
  • Market Knowledge in local PC & Print business
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Hardware Knowledge - PC, Printers, Laptops
  • High Level demonstration of Interpersonal & communication skills, with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong Customer Handling Skills

Responsibilities -

  • Provide professional solutions to clients end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated cases received via telephone and written correspondence.
  • Provide an escalation link for IT Field Engineers, executives and channel regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with client and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel.
  • Ability to apply subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.
  • Works on problems / projects of moderately complex scope.
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
  • Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
  • Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
  • Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
