Our global IT client is urgently looking to onboard a Customer Support Specialist for their team based in Rhodes office.
Skills required for the role -
Comprehensive knowledge on PC & Print Hardware
Market Knowledge in local PC & Print business
Exceptional customer service skills
Hardware Knowledge - PC, Printers, Laptops
High Level demonstration of Interpersonal & communication skills, with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong Customer Handling Skills
Responsibilities -
Provide professional solutions to clients end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated cases received via telephone and written correspondence.
Provide an escalation link for IT Field Engineers, executives and channel regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with client and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel.
Ability to apply subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.
Works on problems / projects of moderately complex scope.
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
