About the Role

This fantastic permanent opportunity exists for a motivated and team oriented person with skills across administration and accounts. The role is varied with the duties on a day to day basis, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who likes to be kept busy and can work well with change. You will be supporting the office manager with all duties and be required to:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality, professional and confidential administrative support services
  • Assist with the wider team and their overflow of duties
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging working environment
  • Expense claims
  • Greeting clients
  • Assist with AP, payroll functions
  • Reconciliation of journals
  • Scheduling meetings, manage diaries
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Scanning, filing, and archiving
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with queries and questions

About You

  • Administration experience
  • Excel and Word experience is essential
  • MYOB or Xero experience is required to be successful
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Understanding of excel principals and report generation
  • Experience in either a fast paced administration role or EA/PA environment
