Construction Delivery Manager - Rail Signalling Brisbane
FRANKLIN SMITH are working exclusively with one of Australias most reputable engineering and construction firms that specialise in rail signalling and control solutions. With a global presence, our client has a reputation built on excellence after delivering some of the most complex and notable projects in the last decade. On behalf of our globally recognised client, we are now seeking a Construction Delivery Manager to be based in Brisbane
The successful candidate will direct project construction staff in the daily execution of work in a safe, professional manner and lead and oversee the development of construction methodologies and execution of all construction-based activities.
Play a major part in the strategic national growth of the organisation as they continue to deliver multi-million-dollar projects across the globe
Construction Manager duties include:
Managing staff for delivery to program and budget
Project management planning and delivery
Developing and implementing a process of audits and schedules
Developing and managing stakeholder groups across the project
Quantitative and qualitative safety, environment and quality risk assessment
Reporting on project performance, compliance and defects and/or non-conformance
Identifying and modifying work processes.
Skills and experience required:
Trade or Engineering Qualification (Electrical)
Managing project and construction teams
Experience with signalling testing & commissioning site works
Commercial management and contractual experience
A proven record of effectively managing industrial relations
Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems
