About the Company:
We are now seeking a Site Engineer to join one of Brisbanes leading civil contractors that have had some recent tender success local to Brisbane. Be a part of this thriving organisation that can offer a stable platform for personal and professional development. Work alongside some of the most knowledgeable Managers in the civil field - specialising in urban development projects

You will report directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for:

• Providing engineering and technical advice to supervisors and project staff
• Ensuring relevant work packages are completed safely, to quality, on time and within budget
• Planning and managing civil engineering activities involving major subcontractors, suppliers and service providers
• Forecasting and programming
• Answering queries from client representatives regarding both general and technical issues;
• Planning and scheduling the scope of work for the project
• Actively monitoring work practices to ensure adherence to correct standards and procedures for safety and environmental performance

Skills and experience required:

• Degree qualified in Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3+ years subdivision project experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of self-motivation
• On-site experience
• A genuine commitment to strong WH&S culture and values
