Your New Role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day accounting for the business, including:
- Full end to end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Maintain an up to date cashflow
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Payroll & HR requirements
- Preparation of Quarterly BAS and Monthly IAS
- Preparation and Lodgement of Quarterly Superannuation
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Preparation of Accounts to Trial Balance
- Office Housekeeping inc stationery ordering
- General Office duties as needed
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following selection criteria:
- XERO Experience - Essential
- 10+ Years Experience
- Cert IV Bookeeping or equivalent or Qualified by Experience
- Strong Time Management skills
- Solution focused
- Organised and methodical ability to manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Good relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Attitude of support and care
- Willingness to assist
- Positive mindset
- Team player
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills with proficient use in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Demonstrated experience scheduling appointments and working within a similar position
- Must be well-presented and take pride in their appearance
