Accounts Payable

Pacific Hire is a busy machinery hire company with branches in Myrtleford, Wangaratta and Campbellfield. We are currently looking to employ someone in the role of Accounts Payable.

The position is based out of our Campbellfield office and is part time, working approximately 20 hours per week with the potential for more hours as required.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receiving and distributing bills for approval
  • Timely and accurate entry of approved supplier invoices into MYOB
  • Setting up new suppliers in the system
  • Purchase order matching and checking
  • Supplier account reconciliations
  • Oversee the accounts payable inbox and respond to customer queries
  • Other related accounts duties

Experience required:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Clear communication skills written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MYOB desirable but not a requirement
