Full time administration/office junior required for a busy Barrister's Chambers in the Sydney CBD. Hours are 8.30am-6.00pm, Monday through Friday.
Applicants will be reliable, well presented and hard working. No experience is required, all training provided on site upon commencement.
The main duties associated with the role include:
Delivery of trolleys and documents to Courts
Distribution of mail, courier and hand deliveries
Attend to daily banking requirements
Photocopying and filing
Maintaining office stock levels and kitchen
Assisting the clerk with accounts and marketing
Assist with the provision of lunch orders
Relief reception on occasion
This is an entry level position. Suited for school leavers or university gap year students. The position is for a (minimum) 12 month contract with the option to renew on successful completion. A great opportunity for law or university students wanting to gain some industry relevant employment experience before commencing studies in 2021. School leavers welcome to apply.
