Reporting to the Finance Manager they are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant who can work autonomously and be based in Adelaide.
The role will be responsible for reporting on balance sheet including month end analysis, reporting to management, and reconciliations. Furthermore, the preparation of interim and annual statutory reports, annual budgets, preparation of FBT return and income tax returns will form part of the tasks. In addition the Financial analysis, accounting and reporting for the Group and process and system improvements related to financial reporting and analysis.
In order to be considered successful you would be a CA/CPA Accountant who has a strong background in External Audit. You would have worked in a public practice accounting firm and undertaken external audit with large ASX listed clients and complex businesses.
With a minimum of 5-10 years work experience, you would have a strong attention to detail and be a motivated and hardworking individual. A background from financial services, banking and insurance will be highly regarded. Finally, you would have a high-level of communication skills combined with resilience and flexibility.
