We're growing fast with no signs of slowing. Being a start-up we're looking for someone who is highly motivated and will conquer any of the many tasks thrown their way whilst proactively looking for other challenges...an all-rounder.
We have an awesome range of products and we work closely with only the best national retailers including JB Hi Fi, Australia Post and The Good Guys. The main responsibilities will be general bookkeeping duties, managing inventory, processing warranty claims and helping with general office admin.
What we like to perfect candidate to posses:
5 years minimum Bookkeeping experience
Extensive experience in Xero Software PayRoll, BAS, Foreign Currencies, Cash Flow, Debtor Financing and Overdrafts, Credits/returns, General Reporting
Xero Adviser Qualified and/or similar would be desirable
Experience in the use of Stock management software such as Unleashed Software would be favourable but not a requirement
Amazing Excel spreadsheet skills are a must
Ability to work on your own as well as within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise
Being an existing registered BAS agent would be an advantage
Must be a permanent resident of Australia
Responsibilities for this role include:
Provision of financial reports
Debtors and creditors/Data entry
General bookkeeping practices
Preparation of BAS as required
Bank reconciliation and end of month
General office administration duties
Inventory control and warranty claims
Answer phone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner and direct calls and emails efficiently, effectively and accurately
Liaising with suppliers
