Red Nose Clothing Collections is a social enterprise within Red Nose. The enterprise works with partners in Victoria and South Australia to collect and recycle pre-loved clothes and household items.

The revenue generated through the business is reinvested into research, education and support services for families impacted by the death of a baby or child.

About the role

Red Nose Clothing Collection has enormous unlocked potential and is well-placed for scale with the right person leading the expansion operation in South Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plans for South Australia and leading the expansion of the business in South Australia.

About You

We are looking for an dynamo BDM with experience growing revenue and developing new business.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communications, with the ability to confidently pitch and close on new business opportunities.

Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar BDM role
  • Proven experience in new business development, pipeline management and proposal development.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder and client relationship management
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

  • Positive can-do attitude, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Well-presented and confident
  • Valid drivers license.
