Operational Recruitment Leader - 12 month fixed term contract

Lead a team of highly effective and efficient workforce planning and recruitment specialists to support operational requirements and business growth needs.

Working across the entire organisation, you will ensure the completion of workforce planning activities that underpin the HR Operational Plan and Business Performance Plan.
