Accounts Manager

Refrigerated Transport company is seeking a dynamic, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to handle accounts of multiple entities. Immediate start required.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager major responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:-

• All aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Checking & verifying supplier & subcontractor invoices
• Inputting and processing of creditor invoices, debtor claims and receipting
• Batching, processing and reconciling debtor, creditor and general ledger accounts
• Reconcile supplier statements and accounts
• Reconcile business bank accounts
• Reconciliation & payment of Credit Cards, Fuel Cards, etc
• Preparation, lodgement & reconciliation of BAS statements & PAYG returns
• Employee (100 in number) payroll
• Other duties including processing petty cash claims, resolving account related queries, etc
• Inter entity invoicing, reconciliations and entries
• Inputting loans of Vehicles
• any other work which is assigned.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting required with two to three years of applicable experience
• Working towards CA or CPA will be an advantage 
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of XERO.
• Updated knowledge of BAS, Payroll laws, GST and Taxation laws
• Excellent organization and administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Salary Range $50-60K pro rata + Super
