PA/Team Assistant

  • Report into 3 senior executives and support their respective teams 
  • Extensive diary and calendar management 
  • Coordinating meeting preparation for the executives 
  • Management of travel arrangements
  • Report and presentation preparation 
  • Manage expenses as well as receipt and payment of invoices
  • Provide central coordination and ‘help desk’ services for office administrative and operational services 
  • Coordinate with IT and service providers for administration and new starter needs 
  • Assist in projects and team activities 


  • 2+ years experience in PA/Team Assistant role
  • Experience in admin within a fast paced environment 
  • Corporate experience preferable 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner 
  • Able to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
